Raul has more than six years of experience in managing real estate transactions. In 1998 he co-founded the Mexico City firm of Lobato y Asociados A.P. to advise foreign investors in Mexico. In 2006, he relocated to Los Cabos as the Director of Marketing and Customer Service for First American Title Services in Baja California Sur. While serving as a member of Rosen Law's real estate transactions practice group, Raul is also completing the final semester of his law degree, with a specialization in real estate.

He is happily married and has a baby son. Raul enjoys outdoor sports and is involved in music, which he studied at the Musicians Institute in Los Angeles and in Mexico City.
