Alan Navarette (admitted in Mexico, 2006) is a member of Rosen Law's Real State, Corporate and Immigration practice areas.

Alan graduated with honors from the Universidad Internacional de La Paz (UNIPAZ) in 2002, with a specialization in corporate law.

From 2004 until joining Rosen Law in 2011, Alan worked in the resort and hospitality industry, occupying management positions for prestigious  resorts such as Hilton Los Cabos, Capella Pedregal and Canyon Ranch Spa Club. This operational experience combined with Alan’s knowledge of the law enables Alan to provide Rosen Law resort & hospitality clients with practical solutions to their legal needs in Mexico.

In 2003, Alan was an Immigration Officer at the Mexican Bureau of Immigration (Instituto Nacional de Migración INM) Los Cabos, where he acquired hands-on experience in Immigration law, procedures and practices. In 2002, Alan clerked for the Mexican Federal Bureau of Environment Protection (PROFEPA).

Alan enjoys traveling, swimming in the ocean and studying languages. He is fluent in English has conversational French, and studied a year of basic Korean language.
