Charlene Ramos has been a member of Rosen Law since its inception in 2006. In 2008, she became a partner, due to her exceptional growth within the firm and demonstrated ability to manage large and complex cross-border real estate transactions involving multiple parties. Charlene is a member of Rosen Law's real estate transactions, project development, corporate and immigration practice areas.

Charlene graduated first in her class from the Universidad de las Américas (UDLA) School of Law in 2004.

Charlene's Mexican law degree is recognized in the United States as a Bachelor in Legal Arts. This bicultural education allows her to communicate effectively in both American and Mexican legal contexts.

Prior to joining Rosen Law, in 2005-2006, Charlene was the Coordinator of the Immigration Law Clinic of the largest Immigration NGO in Mexico, Sin Fronteras. In this position, she advised foreign citizens of all nationalities on immigration and naturalization matters in Mexico. Charlene drafted and negotiated collaboration agreements between Sin Fronteras and several law schools, such as Universidad Iberoamericana , Universidad Panamericana , Universidad de las Americas and Universidad La Salle.

From 2001 to 2004, Charlene served as a law clerk for various law firms, corporations and governmental Institutions, including Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, where she obtained a wide range of experience in civil, commercial and administrative law matters in Mexico. In the summer of 2003, Charlene was selected by the Mexican Secretary of Foreign Affairs as a law clerk in the Mexican Consulate in Denver, Colorado, and assigned to the consular civil register and notary law area.

In 2005-2006, Charlene was a guest lecturer on Immigration law at Universidad Intercontinental, Universidad de las Americas and Universidad Latinoamericana.

Charlene is interested in providing pro bono legal work for citizens in need and has a love for languages. She enjoys playing sports and following Mexican politics. She is fluent in Spanish and English and has intermediate knowledge of Japanese and French.
